We got two issues with fridge doors now in the kitchen. The reach in meat cooler door and since Sunday the big garden bar reach in has one broken door. Again it is a hinge that for whatever reason broke off.

Please call delta refrigeration and talk to some technician. I am not sure if they fix the mechanical parts like door hinges or if they just fix the cooling part of... Let them come out to get it done. We still wait for Hobart to fix the meat cooler door. They just never told me that they are not equipped to do it...

Peggy is gone (new job at great clips), Heidi gone ( never heard from her), Roy has a few days DUI school (weekend of course) 

 We need new servers! I walked into RT at some boonie place to pick up food... the best looking team. Young, friendly... Unreal! That's what we need! Jing on her vacation... we are hurting

If you see someone filling out application and you get a great friendly vibe... I don't care about experience. Brett worked out for us. By the way is is done with school, so his restrictions are gone for now but sometimes mid August he's going to move to ATL.
