INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE BY FRUITNOTES

FruitNotes collects information about users such as Name, Email address, Date of birth etc. This information is presented or displayed to other users on FruitNotes site only as a profile of the registered user. It is also used for authenticating users to use the services provided by FruitNotes. Other information such as gender, age etc. are collected future advertisement targeting. Phone numbers of users are collected for able to communicate with the diary from phones. But phone numbers are not shared with other users or any other third party. FruitNotes's phone system internally and programmatically uses phone numbers to connect to users diary online.

FruitNotes also logs some identifiable and some non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the site. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members. But identifiable information is never shared with third party. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

FruitNotes may sometime send updates and important notifications regarding the service to users email address.
